Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the websites operated by Listicle Liaison LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including listicleliaison.com, softwareindustryreviews.com, smbnewsroom.com, aiindustryreviews.com, and affiliated websites (collectively, the "Sites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Sites.
Description of services
Listicle Liaison provides media and visibility services, including the publication of software and business rankings, editorial content, and paid placement opportunities. Our Sites feature independent rankings based on publicly available data and our editorial methodology, as well as sponsored content that is clearly labeled.
Rankings and editorial content
Our rankings are based on our proprietary methodology, which aggregates data from publicly available sources including user review platforms, vendor websites, and market research. Rankings represent our editorial assessment and are updated periodically.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information on our Sites is complete, current, or error-free. Rankings and editorial opinions should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.
Organic ranking positions are determined by our methodology and are not available for purchase. Featured Partner and sponsored placements are separate, clearly labeled positions that do not influence organic rankings.
Paid services
We offer paid services including profile claiming, enhanced listings, featured partner placements, listicle inclusions, company spotlights, and premium visibility packages. Pricing, deliverables, and terms for paid services are as described on our pricing pages or as agreed in writing.
All fees are non-refundable once content has been published, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes applying to new orders only.
Intellectual property
All content on our Sites, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Listicle Liaison LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Companies featured in our rankings retain all intellectual property rights to their own brands, logos, and trademarks. Our use of company names, logos, and product information in rankings and editorial content is for informational purposes.
User conduct
You agree not to use our Sites to submit false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate rankings or reviews, engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, scrape or collect data from our Sites without permission, or impersonate any person or entity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listicle Liaison LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Sites or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listicle Liaison LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Sites or violation of these Terms.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
